If you handle indicates your youth, come back in about 25-30 years and ask the same question, and I think you may even have a different answer than you do today.
Clinton lied, and over 3000 people have now died on this continent alone; and yes I'm intentionally ignoring the war dead for the sake of this discussion. His orders to intelligence and security agents to not 'corroborate or associate with persons of questionable character' are exactly why we're overseas today.

Clinton: USS Cole Bombed, 2 African Embasies Bombed, World Trade Center Bombed, Protected the "Ethnic Serbs" who were at war with the Christians of the country.
Bush: Struck at the heart of the middle east following ONE terrorist attack, which was orchestrated and planned during the Clinton years. Has killed more insurgents and terrorists and under his terms has stopped more terrorist plots than Jack Bauer.
I'm no Bush fan, I'm a Clinton hater. The guy's idea of foreign policy was to let anyone take a shot at us without reprisal. His foreign policy made Bush a necessary evil.
Clinton's idea of domestic economic policy was to let Wall Street run amock with crappy internet stocks, which were vastly overvalued and most of the companies should have been indicted for forging the books for their earnings, employees, value of the company etc. He allowed the "bubble burst" that left Bush with a mini recession. Bush has since pulled us out, increased employment, restored faith in the stock market and has lead renewed economic growth.
HOWEVER, we're still screwed because of the huge trade defecit because of China.
