When you start to alienate those who are your friends.
When you spend days and days on end without walking outside for no other reason that lacking a desire a do so, not that you fear to do so, but just don't give a damn about doing so.

sleeping all day,using a computer in a closet,not sending people MAIL BACK,,always asking questions about men,don't want to talk to people.....should I go on?

waiting til dark to take out trash, check mail, etc... just to avoid people... waiting until absolutely necessary to leave the house for groceries
