I very much doubt it.
Invincible was a flop, and didn't even recoup the recording fees.

Yes. And if 5 million copies, 10 mil world wide is considered a flop (which is how much Invincible sold)...mosts artist would DIE for a flop that racks in that kind of money. (and thats with one video, and little to no promotion due to his record company). Imagine what this next album will do with the proper promotion, more than one single and music video? MJ may have gone through tons of controversies, but MJ was completely cleared of all charges during that trial and even when people REFUSE to see that MJ is innocent, they cannot deny that MJ is a GREAT talent. That will speak for itself.
Plus, with hardships comes creativity, and MJ might come out with some serious serious brilliant music after going through that trial :)

I don't think it will be a hit. Michael has become a "freak" and after the charges of raping children his carrer only got worse. I'm sure some people would buy it (his true fans) but the rest of the people wouldn't...
Added: I'm sorry, my intention was not to hurt you, but you have to understand that everybody has the right to have an opinion and you should respect that. I think it will because his music is always a big hit and it will be awesome!!! he has millions of fans, and even some of the people who aren't fans will be interested in any new music he comes up with...
