One of the best places to look is Lifetime. That channel is known for having movies with themes like that along with eating disorders, sexualy active teens, and moms trying to find out their childs killer...good stuff huh?
Some movies I suggest are:
- 15 and Pregnant (1998) staring Kirsten Dunst and Park Overall
- Where the Heart Is (2000) staring Natalie Portman, Stockard Channing and Ashley Judd
- Mom at Sixteen (2005) staring Danielle Panabaker, Tyler Hynes, Mercedes Ruehl and Jane Krakowski
- Riding in Cars with Boys (2001) staring Drew Barrymore, Brittany Murphy, and Mike Boorem (a bunch of star cameos!)
- Home Fries (1998) also staring Ms. Barrymore, along with Luke Wilson, and Catherine O'Hara
You can find a lot of movies with imdb.com, www.lifetimechannel.com and netflix.com or google the movie genre! Have fun and good luck!

Only movie that comes to mind is "For Keeps" with Molly Ringwald. It's an early 80's movie, right around the time she was big with Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, etc. It's a sort of love story...not sure if it's the drama you're looking for. Maybe try the cable channels like Lifetime and We for the serious dramas. Have you ever heard of the movie "If These Walls Could Talk"? I think it was only released on TV, but i saw it on HBO or something...there is also a second one, but the first focuses on women and pregnancy at different eras and the issues women faced with different scenarios. Demi Moore, Cher and Ellen Degeneres are a few major actors in it. It's interesting, and dramatic. May be what you're looking for! Hope this helped!

There are some really good Lifetime movies on this subject. Fifteen and Pregnant, Too Young to be a Dad to name a few and there is one with Brian Austin Green that I can't recall the name of. There is a Glenn Close movie called Immediate Family that is good as well.
