That she never be able to concieve a child again... EVER.
If she has that little regard for helpless, innocent children then why allow her to continue to concieve/kill??
And if, later in life, she does seem fit to have/parent/not kill a child, then she can adopt of the many many MANY homeless children around the world.

Well, they should be charged with homicide!
As for the punishment, whatever is suitable in the state in which they reside in...
BUT if it were my choice, to get their tubes tied, that way they can't get pregnant anymore and continue to kill babies!
If you don't want a baby, you need to be RESPONSIBLE! Use multiple methods of birth control (condom, the pill, spermicide...), and then, if you still get pregnant, consider adoption. OR better yet, practice anstinence! ;o)

about the same as a person would get if they assaulted a pregnant woman and she lost her baby, that person would likely get 1st degree, if they were a boyfriend who was trying to cause a miscarriage
