Hello; When you start your PC, there's a splash screen, it very briefly should tell you how to get into the BIOS setup screen, depending on the brand, this will be Del, F1, F2, or Esc key.
Once in the BIOS, you can go to the boot tab (read the directions on the right in order to make changes to the current setup), add the CD to the boot sequence (make sure it's first), if you need to, you can disable the hard drive boot, but it should be okay to have it boot in second order... in normal operation it'll take a few seconds longer for your pc to start, as it will be checking the CD for boot, and if there's no CD or Boot CD, then it'll go to the Hard drive by default.
Lastly, you want to select 'exit, saving changes' then the PC reboots. You can leave it this way, or change it if you really need it to boot a few seconds faster.
I hope you found this useful;
Marcos

Go to SETUP of the your PC which is called BIOS SETUP as well, the configuration of the BIOS setup changes from one mother board to another however the basics are the same. Find booting configuration (2nd or 3rd tab) and change the BOOTING priorities as follows;
1. CD \ DVD
2. HDD
3. never mind..
