need help finding out some CA law codes anyone know a good website to find out what certain criminalcodes mean

my ex has gotten in alot of trouble the last couple years and is now taking me to court for custody of our 9 yr old son. I need to find out what these codes mean that I got when i printed out his rap sheet. ex. VCR184461.

call the cops or SA; tell them you are doing a background check and can they provide codes for the data sheet.
