We have an hour-long meeting every week. There are about 30 of us and everyone has to speak. I need some creative ideas to make the meetings more exciting, or express some new ideas. HELP!!!

These meetings are for customer service. They are for new ideas, suggestions, motivation. They get very boring and I need to bring some life to the meeting. Keep in mind I only have about 5 minutes max to talk.

all 30 people have to speak? Well, it sounds like whoever is running the meetings is hoping to have feedback and input from everyone at the ground level. This could be good... try to figure out what the biggest problems are facing the organization and how you guys can solve them.
Remember, finding out the true problem will be important so you can treat the real symptoms and not some other issue.
What's plaguing your group? What's causing turnover?
If nothing new is turning up, then perhaps cut back the meetings... they should have a purpose or they're wasting everyone's time.

what are the meetings for? are they to learn and share ideas, problem solve, networking? more info please
