Okay so this may better some peoples opinion or thinking....The mother has been proven unfit and has lost visitation by the courts, she is always being arrested and going to jail for possession she has been charged with 2 class c felonys since my husband and I were granted sole custody that we know of. We have never told our daughter anything bad about her mom all she knows is her mom needs help before she can see her again. We want to know if the mother still has the right to speak with our daughter on the phone if she has lost visitation as well, her mother is always making threats and being very irate if she does call and there is really no reason for that the mother had her chance to do responding papers to try and get visitation but she never filled out the paperwork.
