Is there a reason why right-handed people are more common then left-handed?

Hmmm...... they're right, right-handed people are more common in society probably because of a dominant gene... but why is that gene dominant? Well, I'm no scientist, but I know that which hand is dominant has to do with which half of the brain is dominant in a person. The left hand is controlled by the right side of the brain and vice versa. Therefore, if most people are right-handed it follows that more people are left-brained which is really supported by the educational system today. Right brain = creativity while left brain = logical thinker. We are taught to be anylitical scientific thinkers first and foremost. Art and creativity tend to take a secondary role. Since scientific, logical thoughts are what people are trained to think, it follows that as generations go by, we are training ourselves to be right-handed over (more creative) left-handers.... no scientific proof... just a theory...
