Assuming there are parentheses and the entire thing is one quotient:

y = (1 + 3x)/(5 - 2x)

Now solve for x. First, multiply by (5 - 2x) to get rid of the denominator:

y = (1 + 3x)/(5 - 2x)
y(5 - 2x) = 1 + 3x
5y - 2xy = 1 + 3x

Now isolate all the x terms to one side, factor out x, and divide:

5y - 2xy = 1 + 3x
3x + 2xy = 5y - 1
x(3 + 2y) = 5y - 1
x = (5y - 1)/(3 + 2y)

That's the inverse function.

hi

y = (1 + 3x ) /(5 - 2x)
x<> 5/2

then

5 y - 2 x y = 1 + 3x
5 y + 1 = 2xy + 3x
x =(1 + 5y)/(3 + 2y)
y <> - 3/2

bye

x=1+3y/5-2y
x-1+2y=3y/5
5x-5+10y=3y
7y=5-5x
y=5/7-5x/7
