a pentium III, 700, 128 or more ram, 20 gig HD, 17" monitor. keyboard and mouse. $150 and a P4 1.8ghz, 400 ram, 20 gig HD, wireless keyboard and wireless mouse, 17" monitor. $250. I have also have 1 pair of speakers thast can go with one or the other.
i just want something that i can get on the net with i dont have alot of money so..

the p4 looks good .. sure if u need somthing that sounds reasonable ..

Well the Pentium 4 is the better deal.
However, if you can afford another $100 or so, take a look at the HP's and the Dells. They both have entry level P4 PC's that will be better than either of these.
The Pentium 3 you mentioned is very old and 128M of RAM will barely operate Windows XP: IF that is what it has. You won't have any RAM to do much else.
