Mitosis refers to the cell division in totality. In this one cell gives rise to two cells involving many events, the most important of which is the duplication of genetic material and generation of the cytoplasm for each daughter cell.
Cytokinesis is merely a part of mitosis in which the cytoplasm is divided into two parts. This happens when chromosomes have moved to the opposite poles. It may happen by the formation of a contractile belt around the equator of the cell or by the formation of a cell plate(in plants).

Mitosis is the replication of genetic material (DNA). Humans are diploid, which means we have 23 sets of chromosomes in our somatic (body) cells. Cytokinesis is the final step following mitosis. Cytokinesis is the process in which the cytoplasm divides into two identical daughter cells. Each new daughter cell contains a set of 23 chromosomes along with all of the organelles.

Mitosis results in an identical replica of the parent cell. It consists of Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase. Cytokinesis is when the cytoplasm and organelles divide between the two new daughter cells.

Edit: Two thumbs down? For what? sheesh
BTW S phase in Interphase in when DNA is replicated.

In cytokinesis in plant cells, a cell plate forms between the two areas of the cell where the cytoplasm is getting split. In animal cells, there is no cell plate, and instead, the cell membrane pinches in to split the cytoplasm.
