The best time to get pregnant is about 2 weeks before her next period is due--this is when she is ovulating. Don't have too much sex, this will make your sperm count lower--every other day is optimal. Don't use any lubes--they kill sperm. Man on top is the best position and it wouldn't hurt if she lay still for 20minutes or so after sex.

Have her do a web search for an ovulation calender. This will tell her when she is most fertile. You are really only fertile a few days out of each cycle... so those are the days you should be having sex.

You both will want to stay away from hot baths (and steamy showers), you should wear loose fitting clothing. Only have sex every other day (sperm can live up to 72 hours inside her) having sex every day will only leave you with a low count of tired sperm. After you have sex she should put a pillow under her rump and put her feet up against the wall for about 30 min. Don't use lubricants (or go down on her) the bacteria from your mouth and/or the lubricants can kill off the sperm before they reach her uterus.

Good luck!

I do not particularly fully grasp... are you asking if a lady who's presently pregnant, three-five months alongside, can get pregnant with a moment little one for the period of the equal being pregnant? If so, no this isn't feasible on account that that the cervix/uterus is closed off (mucus plug and whatnot) If nonetheless you imply a lady who is had a little one three-five months earlier, sure it is feasible to get pregnant once more so quickly after having the little one.

Well I have told this to 2 people now and they are both pregnant, The day when you get off of your period, count 14 days, When you are on the 14th day have sex, and then lay down for about 5 mins and dont stand up until then, because as you lay down you have a better chance at getting pregnant, as if you would stand up then everything would just go stright to your under wear

Are the two of you healthy people? You need to add more details to this. So I'll just answer your question. Have unprotected sex with her during her ovulating time. Buy a ovulating kit. Cheapest one is 20 bucks or so.
