yes, but you should be paying down th balance, not spending more. You'll get yourself in major trouble if you don't watch out

You should always pay more than the minimum. The minimum mostly just covers the interest.
The smart thing to do is only charge what you can affort do pay in full at the end of the month. That way you save the interest, build a good credit history, and stay out of debt.

Yes.
Are you at the credit limit? If so, you will free up only as much as you paid.
If not, there is no reason why you could not use the card, before, during, and after the payment. (Unless you are over the credit limit)
And, if you are at the credit limit, you probably should not be buying more until you put a serious dent into the amount you owe.

Yes - if you are over your credit limit and you do not pay enough to get your balance down below your limit then you will not be able to use it.
the question is should you use it? if you are asking this question then you should cut it up!

Do you mean to say that the credit limit is $500.00 and the balance due is $500.00nd say the minium pament is $150.00
and you pay $300.00, is their an available limit of $300.00?
