The baby one is a "given". :) I have three kids. I think the "best" days are the little milestones... first smile, first time they say "mama", the first step, the first time they wrap those little arms around your neck... ya know?

My youngest (boy) is 10, and he STILL gives me those "moments"... he'll bring me a flower from the yard "just because"... stuff like that.

Life is FULL of those little "moments"... cherish them. :)

Well I agree....becoming a mother was very special. I did it twice. But for me the best moments is childbirth. The actual event itself was remarkable and very rewarding.
My daughter was born 2 months early. She was a premature baby only weighing 4 lbs. Due to her high risk I never got to see her when she came out of the birth canal. But seeing her in that incubator and reaching in and touching her hand broke me down. Than GOD she was strong and healthy.
My son was born a month early. He weighed 5 lbs. I was able to see him when he came out. My son was the union of my marriage, and we still are married. When the doctors showed him to me I said "He is so pretty". And he was and still is to this day. My son hates when I say he is pretty.
So giving birth was my best because I am doing my GOD given right as a woman. I am very blessed and thankful that I can produce and give birth.

It is a blessing!

The birth of my first son. When I held him I felt so proud, and happy, and just a tiny bit scared,
I was now responsible for this new life.A few years later , I had another son, then a daughter,
and each time that wonderfull feeling of being
a mother. Between them I now have seven
precious grandchildren, I feel truly blessed.

I have 4 children and 5 grand-children..... So, it would be impossible for me to select just that one perfect day of happiness.... there are so many! But outside of those high spikes of happiness, including: the first love, the first kiss, I make each day count as the best day of my life.
Thanks!

When I was around 8 years old, I woke up to the smell of cookies. I followed the smell downstairs to the kitchen where my mom was making cookies. Her and I just talked and made cookies, and ate them, of course. It doesn't sound like much, but it was very special to me. I miss those days, we didn't have much money, but we were happy just the way we were.
