well i made some bean and bacon soup, but you probably dont want that, so i would suggest:

boneless pork chops dipped in a batter made of the following:

one egg
1/4 cup milk
garlic powder
salt and pepper
and Thyme

then, after you dip them, crush some saltine crackers in a bowl until they are very vvery fine, like powder or very very small crumbs. then roll the chops in the crackers until there is a light crust on them.

pan fry them in some cooking oil on the stove until golden brown on both sides. (and done in the middle)

to go with it, try some velveta shells and cheese (or kraft mac and cheese) and some kind of vegetable (i like french style green beans with butter)

you can dip the chops in barbeque sause or A1 steak sause, ketchp, mustard, or without sauce if you prefer.

voila. EXCELLENT MEAL!

I cooked a salmon pinwheel stuffed with crabmeat, and had roasted corn on the cob.

I have a roast in the slowcooker, but it won't be done until late. So that will be dinner tomorrow.
