What is it with this girl at my work? Everytime we're alone together she's nice to me but when we're with someone senior to us she always makes me seem stupid. I am sick of it. Should I tell her something or just distance myself from her? What's her problem? I am always nice to her and help her out a lot.

This really is the wrong section, but ill answer anyway. To be blunt show her off. Do the exact same thing she does to you, Either she will hate you for it, or she will realise that she has been doing it and that is how it feels to be on the reciving end.
One thing you have to remember, at work people act verry differently some people wont mind walking over a few other people to get ahead

you could try making her look stupid, but if that's not going to happen u should just distance yourself
