I was going to get an HP because in my opinion that is the best brand but I found Apple notebooks and I was wondering was that also a good brand for a laptop or was it not so good like Dell.

Hardware-wise, Apple laptops are as good as or better than HP.
Operating system-wise, Apple computers are much better.
You won't get viruses or spyware if you buy an Apple computer.
They're just more secure.

Apple laptops are entirely different from any other brand of laptops. Apple Computers use their own OS, called Mac OS/X. Their MacBooks are probably the best laptops out there, if youre not a buisiness owner or a gamer anyways. Mac's are great for video editing, multimedia, and family matters, like organizing a photobook, or putting a family vacation video onto a DVD. Windows is more for the gamer or buisiness owner, as some windows only programs will not work on a Mac. You can, however put Windows on a macintosh, its fairly simple, and not to mention helpful.
I highly suggest an Apple Computer. Mac OS/X has very few bugs, viruses, spyware, and adware compared to Mac OS/X. But agian, if you're not a gamer, not a buisinessperson then i wouldnt suggest a mac, however if youre just wanting a computer for family, and home matters, a mac is just for you

no they are a very good brand, much better then HP. u can also run windows on them. apple customer support is the better than any pc manufacturer. macs may be more expensive then windows pcs but they are well worth it.
and its are apple notebooks good not is apple notebooks good

I agree HP computers are the best i have 4 hp and 2 hp printers. Apple is just over priced

apple laptops are excellent. but they are more expensive than a comparably equipped windows based laptop. macs handle graphics much better than pc's. if you use photoshop or video editing programs often then you should consider getting a mac. but if all you do is type papers, and surf the net than get a pc. it's cheaper.

You should not get a Dell, HP, or Mac. Instead, you should get a high quality Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092. You can get one from Pricemad for only $1,125.
