Any bank should have a notary public who will notarize things for you for free or for a small nominal fee (I don't know what the law is for fees in Texas, so maybe they could charge you). If you go to a bank where you have an account, though, I should think that good customer service would dictate that they would not charge you for it.

Go to your bank, they have notaries. Take all of the documents you need notarized, neatly organized, to make it easy for the Notary to notarize the documents.
