long story short, this morning i had cereal for breakfast [corn flakes], afterwards, i felt something in the back left corner of my throat. after many tries to swallow it, its still there and more irritating than ever [hurts a little bit as well].
ive been drinking a lot of water, with no luck, is there anything else i can do to help get it out from that spot so i can swallow it?

If gargling, drinking water, etc. does not remove it, get it removed by a doctor. I once had a similar experience with a piece of popscile stick that broke off...it eventually developed into an infection, and I could not eat solid food for a week. Don't let it get that far.

Go to the Hospital or Medical clinic and see a Medical Doctor. You can try drinking Milk, or soda , but go seek Medical Help.Good Luck.

Try this. Tilt your head first to your right like you are trying to rest your head on your right shoulder. Hold it there and swallow. Then try the same thing on your left side. If that doesn't help, you should see a doctor.

Try gargling some water. But whatever you do, DO NOT DRINK MILK!! It will just make it worse. Water is great, and if it is still stuck, call your doctor and see what to do, or just go to a med-first and see what they tell you what to do.

You may be feeling it even though its not still there or could even have a sore throat coming -even if it is food still stuck there you need to get rid of it ,perhaps you should see a doctor.
