NO THEY NEVER READ, thats the trouble with kids these days always walking on the lawn without reading the signs. If they did they would of found that I have attack dogs. Sucks to be them :)

Sure. Most people just scan it for a few key words and extrapolate the rest. Thats why answers rarely make much sense. You don't know what they projected.
