I just realized there is difference when using this command in windows xp and 2000. XP shows a blank screen while 2000 works fine.

I'd just make one change to the solution proposed by besta_ball. Make it

ping -n 1 www.google.com (or whatever)

This will only make a single ping.

hassle-free bypass to notepad and sweetness ping ipAdress -t and shop that notepad record as despite.bat whilst u decide for to end the batch record in basic terms press ctrl+c oh via the way if u do this non-end ping to an nt4 device it incredibly is going to crash shop that for the duration of ideas!
