Yes! I have blonde hair and black framed glasses. When I do wear them (I don't need them all the time) I always get compliments. Just make sure to get the right size and shape for your face.

It depends on you. Try on different frames and see how they look. I usually wear contacts, but i have black frames for when im not wearing them and I am blonde. You just hafta find a pair that fits you

sure why not...its yellow and blue tones that make the biggest difference....when you have your colors done the differencial is always yellows and blues...you can only go one way...to look your best...if you want to try it yourself...get into good lighting and at a mirror...in a clothing store is great because you can use more than on garment for success....
first look in the mirror and notice you complexion color...then put a royal blue garment up to you face...then change it to yellow...the color that makes your face pink...is the right one for you....
if the yellow is wrong as it is for me...then I cannot have yellow close to my face...it drains the color from my face and maked me look ill...thus this color will drain my energy and make me tired early in the day....this means no color created with yellow can be worn by me: orange, pea green, etc.
if the blue is wrong then it will do the same to you as the yellow does to me...then naturally no colors that are created with blue: you could wear the colors that i can't such as orange...
earth tones are more likely able to be worn by most...
interesting fact is that now that I no longer color my hair and am going grey, then vivid colors are better for me now...and not pastel which were great when I had my darker brown hair....
so hair, skin tones, and eyes are the desiding factors....

Cool colors:
soft white, pinks, cherry red, coral, lemon yellow, mint, jade, forest, sky, royal, navy, lavender, plum, gray, black, and silver jewelry.
Warm colors:
ivory, tomato red, peach, orange, rust, golden yellow, lime, kelly, olive, aqua, turuoise, teal, bright purple, caramel, coffee brown, and gold jewelry.
If you look better in bright blue than bright orange, you are a cool.
