How bout the 'Little Engine That Could'....'I THINK I CAN, I think I can!!!!'
Just remind yourself of that several times a day and even say it outloud as you stand in front of a mirror! You CAN give yourself the gift of confidence....just don't let it turn into *********! You can do it!

Everyone makes mistakes. No one's perfect. Everyone's scared sometimes. Everyone's confused sometimes. Nobody knows anything for sure. Everyone has doubts. No one's successful all the time and with everything. Don't believe those perfect TV characters who always have the answers and always know what to do. Those are myths. When you accept these things you'll know that you have just as good a shot as anyone.

"Good intentions only get you so far". So basically if you don't follow through on these good intentions then that's just it. There only intentions and not "good actions". So either "poop or get off the pot" There ya go I gave you a bonus quote. Two for da price of one.
