I rarely cook but my specialities are cheese scones and curried mushrooms on toast, when I cook for other people. I am good at creating ice cream specials - I once did one that was vanilla ice cream layered with mango slices and coconut slices, topped with whipped cream, but I rarely get the chance to make those.

Ilove it!! except cleaning the dishes afterward, I try my best to do it as I go but sometimes I get behind..LOL rambling again
I am the best Italian cook I know and also darn good at southern style cuisine-just never have been able to do fried chicken like mama ...

Yes, yes! I specialize in microwaveables, ovenables, and stovables. Just kidding- I don't have much experience with cooking unless it's breakfast. But I do know how to season meat though, just don't do it :)
