The "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign might be a good idea for the invites. Also black backgrounds and bright, neon colors are very vegas. Poker chips, martini glasses, cards (usually showing a winning hand), and money are good things to put on it.

Have fun at your party, I hope it's a success!

Vegas is all about the glitz, glam and MONEY!!
I would say to go to a party supply shop and get casino themed stuff....they usually carry a ton of it.
Use greens/golds, black & get cards, gaming chips.

Also sequin, feathers, mardi-gras beads could work for a "show-girl" look too.

A pal of mine lately received married in Vegas and had her reception in the neighborhood. As favors she had poker chips adorned with their names and the date. She additionally had units of four small candles, one in line with couple, that have been the 4 fits for playing cards. Good success!

Maybe have your invitations look like a playing card. See example below. If you are savvy enough on the computer you can create your own.

Make it like the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. Pictures of that sign can be found on all the Vegas sites.
