Actually neither, although I'm inside w/ac kickin'!! It has been raining almost the whole wk. I'll guess and say it's

It is very hot and wet I am in IL it rained earlier and it looks like it might rain again.
And it sucks because I only have ac in one room in the house and it is not even cool in there .
