we were married for 7 years, divorced, got back together and now its really over, and its been a month or so. it really sucks but i have no choice but to let go but i am having trouble doing it. i think she has.

First, I'm sorry that you are going through all of this.
Letting go takes time and doesn't happen over night or with multiple rebounds. What it takes is truly, just letting go. Get a new hobby or activity that you enjoy. Stop focusing on her. If you have children, it may be harder, but you have to begin to walk away from that time/place in your life. I'd get rid of the items that make you think of her - cds, etc. Talk to your friends about it and try to move on. It's not easily and obviously with your history, it won't be, but in time it will happen. Everything happens for a reason. Good luck!

i guess it would depend on y you guys broke up I mean there are somethings you cant get over and somethings that just seem like the end of the world right now... but i think time heals everything so just give it sometime

With time it will get better, it's not easy but if you try to go on with your life it well help. Don't stay home mopping, get out there and find that girl for you.... Good luck.

I can understand where your coming from, but don't give up on giving yourself a new life. Remember to be nice to her, but that doesn't mean that you have to give in to all the junk. Good luck
