why are so many people so willing to believe that his only interest is national security when he demands to authorization to wiretap without a warrant?

I guess most people believe that it's ok for a terrorist to walk across the border as long as he doesn't phone ahead and make reservations.

So what is the end game? Open boarders, loss of privacy, more poverty and a declining job market. What does it all lead to?

Who is conscious what would be finished, there hasn't been something finished via the two party so a techniques. The Republicans and Bush addressed it and did no longer something. The Democrats and Bush addressed it and made up some plans that the yank human beings did no longer decide for, so no longer something replaced into finished. Now Obama and the Democrats are returned talking approximately it and doubtless no longer something would be finished. (Election 3 hundred and sixty 5 days) unlawful immigration is a warm button political difficulty because it incredibly is. Neither party needs the luggage which will come from a actual attempt to restoration the subject. They tip toe around amnesty and closing the border, even dispensed the money for a fence. The fence nonetheless is interior the non existent point. in the event that they do what they could do, they'd deliver back the illegals, close the borders and end thinking Social protection for those illegals. you could paintings and pay 40 quarters to be eligible for Social protection, they only pay for 18 to get the comparable reward. those with anchor toddlers could be despatched back and whilst the youngster is the right age permit him %. which united states of america he desires to call abode. deliver them to their very own united states of america, deport all unlawful, a dying sentence for those convicted of smuggling drugs and human trafficking. cause them to observe for citizenship legally NO amnesty.

The southern border is a joke we need 30,000 border guards and President Bush sends 600,he is not interested in national security he is afraid of upsetting big business and the one world economy he and the g-8 countries envision follow the money it ends at the door of every human resources office where illegals are hired to undercut Americans and increase profits for the wealthy.

I have been saying for months that if illegals are getting in by the tens of thousands from Mexico totally unchecked and unfettered -- it is a SURITY that this is the place our next terrorists will choose to come in ---
The wiretap thing is not nearly so much of a "war on terror thing" as it is a thing to END DUE PROCESS in this country !! The "terrorist thing" is simply the vehicle being used to get it by the people -- as are SO many OTHER measures that are being rammed down our throats in the Disguise Of Tools against terrorists !!!

Don't YOU think it somewhat strange that citizens OF this country can and are body searched everyday at airports all across this land in an attempt to go from point A to point B within the country and people have personal pocessions taken from them at airports because of the "threat" that they poise --- while at the same time --- tens of thousands of illegals are streaming into the country from Mexico -- totally unchecked and totally without ANY concern out of Washington whatsoever ????????

It seems that the administration has got a very narrow and extemely selective view on what they call "threat" --- and --- it also seems as though more of their efforts to quell "threats" are aimed more and more at the actual citizens OF this country than at any outside "threat" !!! Is this because they know that if WE knew what they were actually up to up there -- WE would BE their biggest enemy ??

It is also extremely odd to me that the "executive orders" and "directives" coming out of this administration aimed at "the war on terror" are seemingly unending and increasingly harsher and harsher and are chipping consistantly away at legal precidents set in motion for years and years to PROTECT the people FROM a government that is OUT OF HAND --- and doing so --- ALL under the disguise OF our protection FROM threats outside our borders !!! There were no measures like this needed through TWO WORLD WARS !! What's up with THIS ?????

It's just proof that terrorism isn't as serious of an issue as Bush and Co. have scared so many people into believing. If it was then we would have a heavily guarded border.

You wouldn't spend thousands of dollars on an alarm for your home then leave for vacation with all the doors wide open, would you? Either you're A) an idiot, B) you want people in your home, or C) it isn't that big of a problem.

To many "good" republicans making money of the backs of illegal immigrants. Arrest the employers that hire them and the problem WILL stop. Under bush that is not going to happen.
It is all just a distraction from what is really going on.

It is mathematically impossible to secure our borders. Money, geography, man power are all working against the cause. Then there's the human element. I mean, if Mexico paid me ten times more money to work there I would sneak in. Most people would.
