I must admit, I do not eat that healthy. At night before I go to bed, I always eat a bag of chips and soda. Eating before you go to bed is very unhealthy and it makes people lose weight. Saying that, I also have to admit that I am in good shape. I don't look like I eat junk food, but I do. So no, I don't eat healthy. I try, but it's hard.

yes everyday....I used to eat like crap and smoke..then one I day I had pains in my chest and I am only 25 and decided enough was enough and quit smoking, got on an exercise routine and started eating healthy and I have been good with it for 1 1/2 years!!! I am almost 27 and look better and feel better then when I was 21...

I try to eat healthy by eating everything is moderation.

I try too. I feel healthier when I do. Lots of veggies and fish. Today I splurged and ate a greasy meal and I immediately fell asleep after eating it~

I try to. For example I do not drink any type of soda or kool aid, tang, etc. because they are full of chemicals and toxins. I eat lots of veggies & fruits, and try to have a balanced diet with all foods in it, carbs, proteins, vitamins and fiber.

TO A DEGREE. WHEN IT'S HOT OUTSIDE I HAVE TO HAVE REAL ICE CREAM! AND THERE IS NOTHING HEALTHY ABOUT THAT! I DO EAT HEALTHY OTHERWISE - NOT BUYING ALL ORGANIC, BECAUSE THAT'S A PUBLICITY STUNT - I DO EAT VEGGIES, SEAFOOD, NO RED MEAT - DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, ETC...

Yes I have for many years. Fruits, Veggies, little red meat, chicken, Fish and lots of water.
