Not always.
I smoke, so there are times when I am busy lighting up (a trick I can perform without taking my eyes off the road), or actually bringing the cigarette to my mouth, but other than that, I would say I only spend about 70% of my time behind the wheel with both my hands on it. The rest of the time, my left arm is resting on the door/window sill, with my left hand quite close to the wheel, but not on it.
I am also not a 10 and 2, or a 9 and 3 girl. My favorite driving position when both hands are on the wheel is 9 and 12!

Nope.
Driving with both hands on the wheel tends to cause you to over correct and wears out your tires faster.

Yes. I'm only thirteen, but I'm allowed to drive on the backroads. I'm kind of a beginner so I keep my hands at the 10 and 2 positions!

I dont have my permit yet but my brother drives with just one hand...he thinks hes hot.
