i find this too i think its cause you can focus and therefore consentrate xx

Possibly you are supplementing your hearing with lip-reading?

Ask your GP for a hearing test - it'll cost nowt & put your mind at rest.

Maybe without your specs you are concentrating to hard to try and see, and that way forget to listen.

I find it is because I can focus on the person that is asking the question. It just makes things clearer.

the sounds are travelling along the frame of your specs to your ear's..........or may be not.
