Since installing Norton 360, I havn't been able to send files via Yahoo Messenger. Can anyone tell me how to get around this? I'm wondering whether it's anything to do with firewall settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get rid of norton 360 and install something half decent. If you have a NAT router, then the built-in XP SP2/Vista firewall is more than sufficient.

never ever turn your firewalll off as somebody has suggested.
in firewall configuration you can set it to allow messenger and file transfers etc...
