The shap of something is determined by its outside surface. The universe has no outside surface, so there is no shape to it.

No one knows for sure what shape the universe is but there are planets above and below the Earth and left and right. The universe is constantly expanding though.

Though some say the universe is doughnut-shaped, I think it's more spherical.
Our galaxy is like a flattened sphere, or fat disc, with a bulge in the middle. There are stars in every direction, with planets orbiting many of them. The vast majority are in the plane of the galaxy, which is that "cloudy" mass of stars you see at night that people call the Milky Way.

I am not an astro-physicist so my conjecture counts for very little, but I always imagined this particular universe to be the shape of a huge bellow. Not the fireplace bellows. I'm talking about the shape of the projected sound of a huge yell. One of intent.

i believe the universe is in a circular, or oval shape
there are other planets with live on them, but if you mean what shapes other planets are in,
they are usually in spherical shape, and if they are moving to fast, then they are called an oblate spheriod. basically an oval ball.
the earth for example, is an oblate spheriod, it buldes in the middle
the universe is and oval shape, if calculations are put into order, there would be no way the universe is circular
