i just saw the movie zodaic, and i thought it was kick a$$. wat i didnt understand was why didnt the lady who jumped out the care wen she was being kidnapped go to the police and tell them how zodiac looked.

because Zodiac did not comit this crime. As it said in the movie, The Zodiac read the paper and took credit for the kidnapping.

The woman DID give police a description of the strange man THOUGHT TO BE, but never proven solidly as, Zodiac. The actual police interview is, to this day, kept secret from the public because the Zodiac case is still active in some counties.....which is why that scene has been noticeably edited.
It's rumored there are several other Zodiac case facts that have been well kept secret from the public to this day.
Police and Zodiac theorists are divided on the question of the Zodiac being alive: if he hasn't yet died...he's well on the way.

yeah, i though it was kicka** too. i ha vent seen it since it was in theaters. i think maybe she was too traumatized to remember what he looked like. also, the different police precincts just weren't good at sharing information, so i don't think San Francisco found out about that crime until later
