I am considering leaving AT&T. I have been with the same company since it was Cingular, and before that Houston Cellular about 10 years ago.

What do you like and dislike about your cellular provider? Can I keep my phone number If I change carriers?

I do not like Cingular or AT&T at all, their service sucks. It is better to stick with either T-Mobile or Verizon. Of course you can keep the same number if you change carrier. I have been using t-mobile for 4 years already.

i just switched over to helio, cause i had amp'd and they went bankrupt ... i loved amp'd so i hated to leave them, but ... and helio is the cheapest out there. after them, the cheapest is t-mobile. so far, helio is okay. i think at&t has the best service, but they're too dang expensive!
