You will need to have it submitted through your literary agent. Disney nor any of it's subsidiaries are allowed to accept unsolicited materials (I.E. scripts, ideas, proposals etc....) for legal reasons.

Unsolicited scripts are not accepted.
Get a Literary Agent and a Talent Agent.
Your literary agent can tell you if your script is something that will interest Disney.

Shop for an agent first then have them submit it for you. That's what agents are for. Don't forget to protect your material. Register your stuff with WGA.org (you do not have to be a member) and the Library of Congress to protect your intellectual material. It's not fullproof (nothing is) but they will testify for you in court that this idea and these words were registered with them on this date... etc.
