I personally would ask her to send it back for a refund, but state very clearly to her that you will not be refunding her postage as you stated in your description that it was genuine and you know it to be genuine, she could have a cold or something! When she returns it, if there is quite a bit missing then only refund her a very small amount and count your losses, if it is still full then refund only what she paid for the perfume, not her postage, as it isn't your fault she doesn't like the smell, then relist it on eBay, charge a tiny bit extra for postage and packaging to cover your eBay fees, give her NEGATIVE feedback, I only EVER give feedback after it has been given to me, never before, state in your new listing that you are relisting after a customer was awkward. Hope that works!

Just call and politely tell her that unfortunately, due to circumstances you don't wish to go into, you can no longer continue working for her. Maybe you could give her a "two week notice" (or whatever would be reasonable depending on how often you clean her place) of sorts so she can find another maid. There's no need to say anything mean, you never want to burn a bridge.

I would tell her politely that you don't have the time to do her house any longer, and give her an end date. If she asks why, then tell her the truth and see what she says. If she is as picky and unhappy as you say she is, she probably won't ask you any questions when you quit anyways.

Did you sign something or agree to work for her for a long time? if not, just tell her that you will not be able to continue to work for her. you don't need to give her an excuse.
I run a cleaning company and have learned that you can't always make everyone happy. Even my best workers sometimes get bad reviews from some customers. Good luck.

Just tell her you are not going to be available to clean for her any more. You don't have to give specifics on why. After about 10 people quit in a row, maybe she'll get a clue that she's the problem.

Tell her that you got a offer somewhere else and that if she can match it ,that you will stay or you will have no choice but to take the better deal. Hopefully that will help get you paid more or get you out of cleaning that house.

She sounds like my old boss! You don't happen to live in Reno, do you? haha.
Seriously, I'd just call her and tell her that she needs to find a new person to clean for her. If she asks why, simply state that you don't appreciate the way she treated you.

Say " I know how important the cleaning of you home is to you. Perhaps it is time for you to try another maid"
