How tall do you have to be at 13 to be 6'8"??

i was wonderin....
i'm 6'1" and i just turned 13......

people i mean will I reach 6-8 when i'm an adult!!!!!!!

There really is no way to tell. You could stop growing today and remain at 6 foot 1 inch. But if you're that tall at 13 I'd say you have a decent chance at hitting 6 foot 8. Males generally keep growing for a little while longer than girls, some don't stop growing until they hit age 20. It is very hard to tell though. I grew 6 inches in a year, and then I only grew about 3 inches over the next 4 years. But usually when you grow a ton in a short amount of time your growth starts to slow down.

It depends on how far into puberty you are. You might not even grow much more. I knew this arab kid who was 2 years older than me when I was 12 (he was 14/in grade eight) . He was 6'3 or 6'4. Taller than the principal who was 6'2. 3 and half years later I saw him a few weeks ago at the mall. Hes still pretty much the exact same height. I swear to god.

well, it depends on some things. if you have big feet you will be taller. . .so you have like a size 16 shoe right? so your feet stop growing usually when you are about 15 so if you have a really big foot, like 17 or 18 or more than that, then you will prob get to 6 feet 8 i think

Everyone is a different hight at different ages, everyone stops growning at different times. I stopped growing when I was 11, and a guy I knew ws 6'6" at 14 and stopped at 6'8" in his twenties. No matter how old you are you should have learned that in school.

I'm sure there is no answer..maybe you are already done with your growth spurt. In all likelyhood, if your dad is close to 6'8
then you will probably be just as tall.

If your dad is 5.10 and your mom is pretty tall..you're likely done..

No one knows the answer to a question like this, people are obviously so individual and unique that we are all different at any certain age.

I don't think you worded your question correctly. Also, there is no way to predict how tall you will be. It is highly likely that you will grow a few more inches but there is no accurate way to predict height.

well your on your way to be that tall..... i would guess 6'8 when your 17ish,,, your a tall kid!! play basketball...
