People I know have been copying what I do and my style lately... I don't really feel like an individual anymore. I don't want to be really mean, but how do I tell them how I feel, nicely?

Try to remember that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. The like so much your image, your personality, etc. that they want to be so much like you. Just remember that you will always be the best, because you ARE the ORIGINAL.
If your having a lot of trouble with it, try helping them to discover their own "image" which is unique to them.
Help them find their most flattering colors and styles. And when they do something different that suits them better, remember to say something nice too.

same thing happend to me all year.
just get over it though. nobody is an "individual".
people always get their style ideas from other people.
even you.

you can't tell somebody not to cut their hair like you
or not to buy the same clothes as you.
It's their decision, maybe they like it? you should be flattered.
It's your style just as much as it is theirs.
