Spending an entire Summer in Venice with my Grandmother. She was a fabulous lady, and spoiled me rotten. I will always remember that Summer in the most beautiful city in the world.

If you mean like a holiday, then I'd be going up into the Sears Tower in Chicago and if you mean my favorite summer vacation memory, it would be rocking out to Evanescence at their Family Values tour this year!!

The camping trip to South Dakota last summer with just my daughter and I. We saw and met lots of interesting people and had done a lot of driving to see Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore, Wind Caves, etc... It was just so much fun that even the thunderstorms couldn't ruin that vacation.
We were hoping to go back to the same campground (Battlecreek Campground in Keystone SD) but the owners sold the place to a resort who are only going to build something on the property. What a shame.

If I had to pick just one, it would be this:
This past March, I flew out to the East Coast to be with some of my family. I stayed in a beach house with my mom & dad, my brother & his wife, my nephew & his fiance. We didn't really do much except hang out on the beach for a few days. We got to visit with some other relatives & old friends of the family. It was a very relaxing time for everyone.

I was 6 years old & my family and I went to spend a summer day by the river. My older brother decided to bury me in the sand. The farmer that lived downstream let out his cows & they started to come near where we were. I was buried up to my neck & couldn't move and my brother just said "Here come the cows, good luck Lu Lu, see you later - - - or NOT".
I was scared to death that the cows were going to trample me until my mother saw me screaming & told my brother to get me out.
Ah good times, good times.
