No. Glavine's 300th is right behind Barry's 755. Only two players have hit 755. 20+ pitchers have won 300 games. A lot of players have also hit 500 homers. Barry's is definitly more prestigious.

Bonds is a great individual player, but if memory serves his team has never won a championship

Contrast that with Babe Ruth or Henry Aaron

In general the home run is overrated as a way to win baseball games, good team defense, on-base percentage, and base running can win more games than any slugger

However, Bonds was a tremendous player long before he ever started bulking up as a home run slugger, two MVP awards back in the 80s I believe??

Glavine is a fine pitcher, and A-Rod is awesome, 5 more years averaging 50 gets him to 750

well not really hiting 500 hr is good but we seen that done and plus it was arod so you know people are going to make a big deal about it and Galvin 300 wins is amazing may never be done again but people seen 300 game winners and Barry bonds tied the hr record a record that people taught would never be broken
