I'm amazed people find this name hard to pronounce, I think it sounds beautiful.

Jillian is okay ... cute, but a little bland (not that its a bad thing, names like Sarah or Leah are a little bland too but they're still gorgeous).
Savreana is ... odd. It looks awful harsh, and is a bit akward to pronounce.
Assuming Germano is pronounced with a soft g ... then Jillian Germano may be a little too alliterative. Its not the most horrible alliteration I've heard in a name, though.

Jillian Germano feels like toungue twister. Its pretty just hard to say.

No Gunther Gage Germano. Julian is a boy name. I am assuming it's a boy. If not then Gillian Grace Germano.

your friend sounds italian so i would reccomend Isabella Sevreana Germano. i dont particularly like the name Jillian it sounds like an old woman's name

It sounds like a mouthful honestly... Jillian Germano is too much "ggg" sound. And I can't even figure out the middle name...

if it is a girl Jillian sounds pretty but i donot like the middle name. How about Jillian Rose or Jillian Marie.
