There really isn't an answer that will fit everyone or every situation. I am very sorry for your loss. The best thing you can do right now is talk about what is going on. You may be quiet because you are upset but your girlfriend might take it another way. Just try to be there for each other. Also, you need to give yourself time to get over this. Don't expect to stop thinking about it anytime soon and know that it is okay to feel that way. If you are still really distraught in a few weeks you should seek counseling. Again I am very sorry for your loss, you are in my prayers!

A miscarriage should be grieved like any other loss. Being pregnant isn't just about having a baby. It's also about dreams of the future. When you lose a baby through miscarriage, you also give up the hopes and dreams you had for that child. It takes time to get beyond it. Give yourselves that.

Go on a vacation with her. It will not be fun and still be an unhappy time but it helps with the healing process.

Look at it two ways: It could be nature's way of stopping someone from being born who was not right for this world. ~AND~ Your baby was so special God needed it immediately in heaven and could not wait for it to be born.

Give yourself and her time to mourn. Be there for her, don't ignore her. Sometimes men try and stay busy with work and other things to keep their minds off of it and end up really hurting their partner. I speak from experience. I have had a few miscarriages and my husband buried himself in his work. I felt so alone. Be there for your girlfriend. Be kind to her and yourself. I am so sorry for your loss.

just try to be as supportive as possible, even though guys don't feel the same as the mother. Listen to her and cry with her, but only if you are sincere.

Well, first of all, DON'T TRY AGAIN!!!!!! If you aren't married, you shouldn't be having sex.
This may be God's way of telling you that.
