I wouldnt say im fat in the least (6foot 185 pounds)but when i do gain weight it all goes to my breast area and kinda offsets the way i look. any advice on how to prevent/ get rid of man boobs. haha

do a lot of close hand bench or what works more is to do dumbell flys, where you lye on your back and go wide with the weight and back in

Talk to a plastic surgeon. I have heard of that type surgery being done.
