Does anyone know how to find the value of an original production animation cel?

Try searching for one on E-bay. They are worth whatever the market will pay, and E-bay is probably the easiest way to check the value of unusual items quickly. If something might be offered for sale, it probably can be found there.

The studios all have shops for it. Do a search.
