Truthfully, it depends where you go and how it looks. If you are wanting to trade it in for a new one than they will probably make you think you could get as much as $3000 out of it, which you don't because they will just factor it in to the price of the new home you're buying. In all reality they only give you like two or three hundred for it after all is said and done. If you put it on the market by yourself you need to be smart about it. If it is in good shape, figuring the cost someone would have to pay to move it to may make it more appealing so it will sell quick. This could be taken also if one is going to buy. In my opinion, for what its worth, you wouldn't get more than $1900 out of it depending on the shape its in. If you want profit and don't need to get rid of it too quick than you can fluctuate the price up or down to your liking depending on if you need a quick sell or not. Just study the market and be patient and more than likely you'll get what you want. Patience is the key!

Depends on the condition of the mobile home. If excellent, you might get up to $4000-$5000 for it. Excellent means renewed floor coverings, updated appliances, furnace, and the like.
If everything is original, you're not going to get much at all.

The value is nothing at all. You can't get a loan on it that old. You will have to pay cash, and I would not pay much because it is going to cost you big bucks to make it landfill, which it should be now.
