I don't hate the person, I just dislike the action.

It is wrong to hate anyone. Hate is a wasteful and usurpin' emotion. There are some black people who use the race card and many who do not. There are some who don't take responsibility for their own actions but there are people of all races who do that, they just use different reasons. If you think racism is a thing of the past, in this case towards black people, unfortunately, you are greatly mistaken.

I'm half black and Asian and from my experience it gets annoying only in a sense when they say black people don't ..... sky diving and stuff like that but no. It's just racism is not dead yet and I've no a lot of black people who do go through racism so it's a painful subject when there is no real apology and to be quite honest all races just want to be respected and excepted. And all of those who here the race card should listen to where its used and understand that, that person may have gone through somethings and its painful to them and not to be upset about it. We have all experience some hurt but yet have found away to understand each others pain.

I'd trade that card in for a Michael Jordan rookie card. The whole race thing is the dumbest issue man ever created. No...You shouldn't hate him or her; but you should be very wary of anyone who uses such a thing to get what they want. I have friends of all backgrounds and this is a non issue to me!

I dont use the race card whatsoever for anything but I hate other black people that do. Everybody in everyrace pulls out a race card in times of need and its annoying.

I don't think they come in and say,,look at my skin, you HAVE to hire me...It is wrong to hate,,I know i've been there,,I worked with a black lady,my age several years ago.And I already had my preconcieved notion about her..but we worked wonderfully together,we became fast friends, and even though she lives far from me,I still see her once a year.
So,don't be so quick to judge people.Treat everyone whatever their skin color with the same respect as you would anyone else..

You're a troll who is hiding behind an Asian avatar posting xenophobic (and childish) remarks about Asian cuisine.

I agree with Tootsie. The "race card" is used similarly to "politically correct" by those who evade accountability for their words and behaviors.

Personally I don't believe in anything called a "race card"... I believe that term came about by people who didn't want to defend their unreasonable positions so, by claiming someone was "pulling the race card" it was an attempt to take away from the validity of the complaint. So my answer is obviously NO.

I think it is wrong to hate people based on race.. Even if you disagree with their opinions or behavior is it really worth expending so much energy on someone who could care less what you thought of them? I say hateful energy should be transformed into positive energy.

It's wrong to hate for ANY reason. Why would you let someone drag you down so low as to allow them to make you a lesser person?

You shouldn't hate black people that use the race card all the time, you should use the race card right back to them! Tell those cotton picking slaves where they belong, and if they run their mouth, bust out your whip and go Dixie on their @$$.
