You can walk through the casino floor to get places, you can go to the shops and restaurants and shows, but you can't stay near the gambling and you can't go in the bars.

Here is a very strict and very precise answer:

You can be any age to ENTER a las vegas casino/resort (that is what they are.. the entire building is not a casino floor). However, you must be 21 or over to stand on the casino floor of the casino/resort, period. The casino floor of all casino/resorts is quite distinctly marked (normally by a unique carpet color and security guards). However, there are also distinctly marked "pathways" through larger casino floors and you MAY *walk* across them. In some instances these pathways are part of the casino floor but have a contrasting carpet color and in others they look like tiled sidewalks. Keep in mind that you cannot loiter on these pathways because they are a kinda-sorta 'grey' area on the casino floor so security will ask that you keep moving.

Alcohol can be served anywhere in most las vegas hotels and you must present ID to order it.. 21 and up.

Bars/Clubs require ID to ENTER, 21 and up. These have doors and boundaries from the actual casino/resort floor that are distinct.

Any other areas of casino/resorts in las vegas have signs above or around them to mark them as "21 and up". Examples of such are smaller casino floors and bars that have indistinct boundaries.

Hope this helps! True, you have to be 21 or older to do most stuff in Vegas but don't be fooled into thinking that you can be completely locked out.

I went to Vegas in January and it was a heck of a blast... I stayed at the Stratosphere though... as far as actually being on the gambling floor.. you shouldn't have a problem it you look the 21... but be aware... my sister in law was with me and she looks younger that 21 and got carded... most of the casinos have lines set of walkways to determine if you can be there or not.. I'm pretty sure you will be able to be on the floor just don't get caught gambling or you'll be asked to leave. As far as the place being on the strip it is!! It is located across from The MIrage and in between Casino Royal and Imperial Palace.. Have Fun

21 to gamble and drink. Harrahs is a great place to stay but, I would not count on them letting you do much and since it is 21 everywhere I don't see you having much fun unless your breaking the law which isn't a good thing in Vegas.

Yes I have. It's o.k not my favorite but it has its points.

If you don't look 21 to security, they will ask you to leave immediately if you can't show ID to prove otherwise.

They are very strict when it comes to the age in a casino. You can walk through the casino on the main path but don't venture off. Same goes for the clubs. Sorry.

You can go in and eat, but you cannot hang out by the bars/machins.
